Dear Valued Customer,
When we bought R&K back on June 14th, Ken and the guys were only performing
scheduled repair service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since that time, we’ve
expanded our repair service from 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, thus providing
greater flexibility for our customers.
In a further effort to provide repair service to a greater number of customers in
an organized and efficient manner, effective immediately, we are asking that you
call and set up an appointment with Juan in order to get your equipment serviced
and allow you to get back on the road.
This is not to say that we will turn customers away if they just drive up without an
appointment. It does mean though that if we can get you back on the road in 20
minutes or less (if we have the parts), we will do just that. But if we determine
that the repair will take longer than 20 minutes and we are booked up that day,
we will ask you to make an appointment in order to have your equipment
serviced at a “slightly” later time, parts permitting.
Finally, we are pleased to announce that we have established a strategic
relationship with Ken’s son Kenny, who has ventured out on his own to create a
mobile repair service named Byrd Innovations. Kenny will augment the repair
service we provide from our shop in Pompano and will source all parts from us. If
