New Owners, Better Service

On February 27, a small group of investors, led by Jim Tierney and Mike DeFazio, purchased the assets and inventory of Brand FX’s Cocoa, FL truck modification (design and fabrication) operation.  The new company will be called Real Fleet Solutions, LLC (RFS). 

Jim Tierney, who possesses over (20) plus years’ experience in the lawn care and pest control industries, will become Vice President/General Manager of RFS. 

John Riley, who like Jim has worked in the Cocoa facility for many years and possesses a tremendous amount of industry experience, will be promoted to Sales Manager.
