THE REAL Fleet Solutions STORY
We know Service Vehicles. In fact, we wrote the book on up-fits. At Real Fleet Solutions, we believe there is a better way to do up-fitting. A culture where customers are earned rather than bought, and our mission is happy customers. We focus on quality products and excellent customer service.
OUR FOUNDING
In early 1990, Really Nolen recognized the need for innovation and matching manufacturing expertise tailored specifically to service the lawn & pest industries. Really Innovations starts out in a small 2-bay shop geared toward servicing these industries.
EARLY GROWTH
Because of their almost instantaneous success, they move into a new 6-bay shop, allowing them to perform all fiberglass and metal fabrication. Over time, Really Innovations became a full-service shop supplying a full range of truck bodies, parts and service. They also begin to branch out and up-fit vehicles for service industries.
A BIG MOVE
In 1999, once again because of continued growth, the company moves to their existing 22,000 square foot facility sitting on 4 acres in Cocoa, Florida.
AN ACQUISITION
In 2014, BrandFX buys Really Innovations due to perceived synergies with their existing truck up-fitting business.
NEW OWNERS
BrandFX makes the decision to exit the lawn & pest business. In 2017, Jim Tierney, a former 20-year Really Innovation employee, leads a driven partnership to purchase the company from BrandFX. On February 27, 2017 Real Fleet Solutions (RFS) is reborn and true to its cultural roots commits to focus 100% on the lawn, pest and service truck up-fitting business.
A FUTURE OF GROWTH
Shortly after the transaction, the partnership team purchases the 6 adjoining acres to the north of the current property in Cocoa, Florida. In 2018 the new land is being cleared in support of current growth. The current team of RFS includes some of the best & most experienced individuals who are experts in these highly niche industries.
